Before it became LAMA GROUP, there was one Quick Track in the small neighborhood of Bedford, TX. The first Quick Track was opened in 2004. In 2010, there were 20 Quick Tracks. The company then diversified into multiple business ventures. Currently, we are transitioning to small business to mid-size business.
We are pursuing the company’s objectives through multiple dimensional (region, account, market segment). As our business portfolio is increasing, we are shifting from one retail-store operation managedby one manager and now transitioning to managing many business units/dimensions combined in a conglomerates of business portfolio.
